METHOD FOR A NETWORK-BASED TAX MODEL FRAMEWORK

A computer implemented method for filing tax related forms in a datacommunicationsnetwork-based tax service environment for multiple users including the stepsof: (a) allowingthe selection of one of a plurality of clients by a tax practitioner for thepurpose of filingtax-related forms therefor; (b) receiving from the tax practitioner a taxpractitioner identifierassociated with the tax practitioner utilizing the data communicationsnetwork; (c) verifyingwhether the tax practitioner is authorized to file tax-related forms for theselected client; and (d)displaying information associated with the selected client utilizing the datacommunicationsnetwork upon the successful verification that the tax practitioner isauthorized to file tax-relatedforms for the selected client.
