A system for use in training medical personnel in handling a trauma situationwhere the system includes a mannequin (100), a container (110), a flowcontroller (120), and at least one wound site (102) for simulating ahemorrhage situation. In at least one embodiment, the system further includesa audio system for providing audio cues to the simulation participants toenhance the realism of the simulation.
