A system for use in training medical personnel in handling a trauma situation where the system includes a mannequin, a container, a flow controller, and at least one wound site for simulating a hemorrhage situation. In at least one embodiment, the system includes a plurality of wound sites that have their respective fluid flows controlled by the flow controller. In at least one embodiment, the system further includes an audio system for providing audio cues to the simulation participants to enhance the realism of the simulation.
