An antenna includes an aperture defining a feed area of the antenna, theaperture divided into a plurality of discrete subarrays, and a feed networkhavingan input port, a plurality of output ports, and a plurality of conductors,eachconductor connected between the input port and a respective output port theplurality of output ports, and each output port of the plurality of outputportsconnected to a respective subarray of the plurality of subarrays. A linelength ofone conductor of the plurality of conductors is different from a line lengthofanother conductor of the plurality of conductors to introduce different timedelaysbetween the input port and the respective output ports.
