To perform communication with a communication path notunnecessarily going through a relay device such as a router.Under an environment in which a first network and a secondnetwork are connecting via a relay device, in a case ofinformation used for establishing of a communication pathbetween a call-origin terminal and a call-destination terminalsent by one among the call-origin terminal and the call-destinationterminal to the other thereof, being forwardedfrom the relay device, contents of the information used forestablishing of the communication path are overwritten so thatthe communication path between the call-source terminal andcall-destination terminal is established with a path not goingthrough the relay device, and the information thus overwrittenis sent to the other one among the call-origin terminal andthe call-destination terminal, if both of the network in whichthe call-origin terminal is installed and the network in whichthe call-destination terminal is installed are the firstnetwork.
