The assembly of the excitation is constituted by a omt (10) which is symmetrical and two distributors (20, 30) are respectively connected to two channels of the omt. the omt is constituted by a junction in a cruciform arrangement comprising a central guide (13) and four lateral ports (15, 16, 17, 18) oriented along two directions x, y, the first distributor (20) is formed of a guide for the power supply input (21) operating in a polarization p1 and two outlet ports (22, 23) coupled to two lateral ports (15, 16), oriented along the x direction, by the guides of the connection (25, 26) respectively. The first distributor is located on one side of the omt, at right angles to the direction x, and its two outlet ports are arranged one above the other in a lateral wall of the inlet guide, the output port being placed in the upper face of a first port of the lateral omt to which it is connected by the first guide connection. The difference of electrical length between the two guides of connection is equal to λ / 2.
