The present application discloses a weapon taking the form of a stack oftablets encased by asolidified block of mortar. Each tablet comprises a powdered toxic agent, apowdered dispersion agent,and a binding agent. By dropping the weapon from an aircraft, the impactstructural damage releasestoxic inhalant as an aerosol by means of the tablet toxic agent and dispersionagent.
