The device (10, 20, 30) for injecting dihydrogen into a stream of natural gas from a first natural gas distribution network (105) comprises; a gas line (110) for connection to the first distribution network traversed by a natural gas stream, a dihydrogen supply line (115) having a hydrogen storage tank (120), a sensor (125) of the flow rate of the natural gas stream passing through the connecting pipe providing a signal representative of the measured flow rate, means (130) for controlled injection of the dihydrogen stored in the buffer storage tank, into the gas passing through the connecting pipe, as a function of measured flow rate, a sensor (185) of at least one characteristic of a composition of the gas mixture and means (135) for supplying the mixture of natural gas and dihydrogen, injected into a second distribution network (140) of natural gas, according to each characteristic of the composition of the mixture collected.
