GENE RELATED TO PAPILLARY THYROID CANCER

Provided is a gene related to papillary thyroid cancer, wherein the base sequence of the gene is as shown in SEQ ID NO: 1. In clinical specimens of papillary thyroid cancer, the expression level of long chain non-coding RNA transcribed from the gene is significantly down-regulated. The long chain non-coding RNA described in gene silencing can significantly promote the growth of thyroid cancer cells. Also provided are a detection kit and the use thereof.
