A variable-refrigerant-flow radiant air-conditioning system, comprising an indoor unit (2), an outdoor unit (1), a distribution manifold (3), a radiating end (4) and a dew point temperature controller (49). The indoor unit (2) is in serial connection with the outdoor unit (1), the radiating end (4) is connected to the indoor unit (2) via the distribution manifold (3), and the dew point temperature controller (49) is connected to the distribution manifold (3), and is configured to sense an indoor temperature change and humidity change, and prevent, by closing a water-recycling valve in advance, potential condensation on a radiant surface when an airflow system malfunctions. The radiant air-conditioning system can heat and humidify in winter, cool and dehumidify in summer, and purify outdoor air before allowing the outdoor air to flow into indoor space, ensuring optimal indoor temperature, humidity and cleanliness for living comfort.
