The method comprises: acquiring power matrices and signal-to-noise ratio matrices of at least N antenna sub-arrays, wherein the N antenna sub-arrays at least comprise a first antenna sub-array and an Nth antenna sub-array, the power matrices comprise a received power of each user on each radio frequency codebook on the antenna sub-array, and the first antenna sub-array comprises at least one antenna, N being an integer greater than one; according to a first signal-to-noise ratio matrix, determining a first user and a first codebook which correspond to a maximum power signal-to-noise ratio in the first signal-to-noise ratio matrix, wherein the first signal-to-noise ratio matrix comprises a signal-to-noise ratio matrix corresponding to the first antenna sub-array; according to the first user and the first codebook, determining that the first codebook is a radio frequency end receiving codebook corresponding to the first antenna sub-array, and the first user is a paired user corresponding to the first antenna sub-array, wherein the first antenna sub-array is used to serve the first user; and according to a principle of maximum throughput, determining a radio frequency end receiving codebook of the Nth antenna sub-array and a corresponding paired user. The technical solution realizes the selection of an appropriate paired user by means of a pairing algorithm, so as to reduce interference between paired users, thereby improving system capacity.
