An optical clock module used in an OCT endoscopic scanning imaging system, a signal generation method of the optical clock module, and an OCT endoscopic scanning imaging system comprising the optical clock module. The optical clock module comprises: an interference module, a detector module, and an optical clock conversion circuit module. The optical clock conversion circuit module comprises a circuit formed of a wide-spectrum 90-degree phase shifter, a zero-crossing comparator, an exclusive OR gate, and an OR gate and an optical-clock-signal output module. Therefore, conversion of an MZI optical interference signal into an optical clock signal that is uniform in a frequency domain and is frequency-variable in a time domain is implemented, thereby lowering requirements for sampling and processing systems, reducing collection of redundant information, lightening the load of a storage system, improving an integration level of an entire OCT system, and reducing a system cost.
