The present invention relates to a fiber beauty product using paper mulberry, and a manufacturing method therefor. The manufacturing method comprises: a step of manufacturing paper mulberry cotton by white-blast-processing the bark of the paper mulberry through a wet process, and slicing and dissociating the white blast; a selection step of removing foreign substances contained in the paper mulberry cotton; a wool restoration and mixture step of processing and restoring, to a raw wool state, pieces of paper mulberry cotton for which selection has been completed, and mixing an emulsion, polyurea cotton, and rayon cotton with the paper mulberry cotton in a raw wool state; a dyeing step of dyeing the paper mulberry cotton for which wool restoration has been completed; a whipping and beating step of whipping and developing the dyed paper mulberry cotton into the shape of a sheet, and beating the developed sheet; a folding and overlapping-development step of overlappingly folding the whipped and beat paper mulberry sheet in the lengthwise direction to form a folded paper mulberry sheet, and overlappingly developing the folded paper mulberry sheet while repeatedly moving the folded paper mulberry sheet from side to side; a final cotton-whipping and development step of maintaining a final paper mulberry cotton sheet after finally carrying out a paper mulberry sheet folding and overlapping-development step consisting of a vertical folding step, a horizontal folding modification step, and an overlapping-development step; and a lengthwise-direction cutting step of cutting the paper mulberry cotton sheet, in which the mixed paper mulberry is the main material, in the lengthwise direction while maintaining a certain width; a winding step of winding the cut paper mulberry cotton sheet by adjusting the yarn thickness and tension to form a paper mulberry yarn; and a step of manufacturing a fiber beauty product using the wound paper mulberry yarn.
