An ultrasonic stimulation device for neural tissue comprises receiving a control instruction, by a control and data communication unit (102) to generate a pulse parameter and a beamforming parameter, and receiving ultrasonic echo radio frequency data outputted by an echo receiving unit (104) and transmitting the same to a control and ultrasonic imaging unit (101); generating, by a pulse excitation unit (103) and according to the pulse parameter, a high voltage pulse sequence; synthesizing, by the echo receiving unit (104) and according to the beamforming parameter, the ultrasonic echo radio frequency data by an ultrasonic echo; sending, by the control and ultrasonic imaging unit (101) and according to a user operation instruction, a control instruction, and performing ultrasonic imaging on a target neural tissue scanning region according to the ultrasonic echo radio frequency data; regulating, by a ultrasonic transducer array (105) and according to the high voltage pulse sequence, a state of the device to be in a neural stimulation state or in an ultrasonic imaging state. The device employs a method of sharing a common ultrasonic transducer array by an ultrasonic stimulation and an ultrasonic imaging, achieves real-time visualization of an ultrasonic neural stimulation process, and is beneficial for dynamically regulating a stimulation target location and assessing a stimulation effect.
