The reaction gas introduction device comprises a reaction gas container (127), the reaction gas container (127) being configured to contain gas or volatile liquid or solid and generate gas molecules needed by a reaction; and a reaction gas quantitation device (120), configured to carry out flow control on the gas molecules. The gas phase molecule-ion reaction mass spectrometry analysis device comprises a vacuum system, an ion source (100), an ion lens (103), ion traps (138, 204, 208, 301), a detector and a control system (134).
