Disclosed are: a functionalized graphene comprising two or more types of amines, having excellent electrical, thermal and mechanical properties by having interfacial binding force with a thermoplastic polymer and allowing uniform dispersion; and a preparation method therefor. The functionalized graphene comprises: a carbon material selected from the group consisting of graphene, reduced graphene oxide, graphene oxide and a mixture thereof; and an amine group comprising a monovalent amine group and a divalent or more secondary amine group and coupled to the carbon material.
