Disclosed are a motion sensing interaction system activation method, and a motion sensing interaction method and system. The motion sensing interaction method comprises: collecting a three-dimensional stereo image of a human body part in a motion sensing interaction system activation state; processing the three-dimensional stereo image of the human body part and converting same into an operation instruction; and executing the corresponding operation according to the operation instruction. By means of the above-mentioned method, the present invention can execute the corresponding operation by sensing a spatial action of a human body part, without the need for relying on an external input device, and provide a user with a better use experience.
