The second pipe (6) opens into at least one bypass portion (8) internal to the casing (2c) and bypassing the main expansion passage, the main expansion passage and said at least one bypass portion (8) meeting at an outlet face (2b) of the casing (2c), the main expansion passage comprising, inside the turbine (2), a valve for regulating the flow of exhaust gas passing through it.
