A big data-based O2O health management method and a health management system using the same. In the health management method, an intelligent terminal (20) acquires an online health management plan and an offline health management plan sent by a server (30), to allow a user to view and execute (S10); in a preset period, a data collection terminal (10) collects sign information of the user according to a collection rule, and sends the sign information to the intelligent terminal (S20); the intelligent terminal acquires feedback information input by the user after the user executes the online health management plan and the offline health management plan (S30); and the server adjusts the online health management plan and the offline health management plan according to the sign information and the feedback information, so as to implement closed loop management of heath conditions of the user (S40). In the present invention, online and offline combination is carried out, the online and offline health management plans are adjusted in time according to actual execution conditions of patients, the closed-loop management of health conditions of users is implemented and the health management effects are better.
