A SIM-bank processing method and device, and a SIM-bank system are disclosed. The system comprises: a SIM-bank having arranged therein a plurality of card slots, each card slot whereof having arranged therein pins for detecting whether a hot-swap operation has occurred in respect of a SIM card inserted into that slot. The described solution solves the technical problem in the related art of SIM cards being difficult to swap in or out when the SIM-bank does not have hot-swap functionality. The SIM-bank hot-swap functionality in the present invention allows for easy swapping in or out of SIM cards.
