The present invention provides a method, device and system for realizing a hybrid dual-stream in a video conference. The method comprises: receiving an application request for a dual-stream token, wherein the application request for the dual-stream token is directly sent by a first terminal or is forwarded by a multi-point control unit (MCU) after sent by a second terminal; determining, by a binary floor control protocol (BFCP) server, whether a dual-stream token resource corresponding to the application request for the dual-stream token is occupied according to the received application request for the dual-stream token; and if the dual-stream token resource is not occupied, returning a dual-stream token authorization result to the first terminal or the second terminal. The present invention simplifies a hybrid dual-stream operation of terminals using different protocols.
