METHOD FOR PREPARING PHASE-SEPARATED LEAD TELLURIDE-LEAD SULFIDE NANOPOWDER USING SOLUTION SYNTHESIS, AND PHASE-SEPARATED LEAD TELLURIDE-LEAD SULFIDE NANOPOWDER PREPARED THEREBY
The present invention relates to a method for preparing a phase-separated lead telluride-lead sulfide nanopowder using solution synthesis and to a phase-separated lead telluride-lead sulfide nanopowder prepared thereby. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for preparing a phase-separated lead telluride-lead sulfide nanopowder using solution synthesis and to a phase-separated lead telluride-lead sulfide nanopowder prepared thereby, the method comprising the steps of: (a) obtaining a tellurium-mixed solution by mixing tellurium (Te) and a first solvent, followed by ultrasonic irradiation; (b) obtaining a sulfur-mixed solution by mixing a sulfur (S) organic material with a second solvent, followed by ultrasonic irradiation; (c) mixing lead oxide (PbO) with a third solvent and a fourth solvent, followed by heating; (d) adding the tellurium-mixed solution prepared in step (a) to the resultant product in step (c), followed by reaction; (e) adding the sulfur-mixed solution prepared in step (b) to the resultant product in step (d), followed by reaction; and (f) obtaining a phase-separated lead telluride-lead sulfide nanopowder by cooling the resultant product in step (e) to room temperature.
