The method comprises: acquiring a query of a user (S110); analyzing the query, so as to determine product association features (S120); matching the product association features and product features (S130); and providing matched product association information for the user, and displaying the information (S140). The technical solution can establish a connection between user search and a product subject when a user performs search, and provide association information for the user, thereby providing an auxiliary decision for the user, and improving the user experience.
