The present invention relates to an ear hook unit for preventing separation, an eyeglass frame having the ear hook unit, and eyeglasses having the eyeglasses frame, the eyeglasses further having separate ear hooks at ear hooks, which are hung on the ears when the eyeglasses are worn, so as to change the wearing position of the eyeglasses, thereby enabling the eyeglasses to be worn even when the eyeglasses are separated from the main part of a face for reasons such as face washing and applying makeup, or when objects are looked at without using lenses for a reason such as nearsightedness.
