The present invention relates to a cartridge which is fitted to a urinal, and which, in addition to urine discharge, is adapted for blocking foul smells despite not using water, and is adapted to be capable of reuse while also being clean by being easy to disassemble and wash after use. And the present invention comprises: a main body formed so as to have a drainage port in the shape of a funnel for discharging urine to the outside; a lid of which the upper surface is inclined towards the centre such that only urine flows therein and extraneous material is filtered out, above the main body; an assembly for dividing a holding space of the main body into an inflow space and a discharge space; an ancillary body for guiding the urine to the drainage port; and a floating body for opening a discharge inlet port so as to effect discharge.
