A scheduling method for a central air conditioner, comprising: 101, sensing the intensity of indoor lights and calculating the number of the indoor lights; and 102, controlling the volume of air output of a central air conditioner on the basis of the number of the indoor lights as calculated. Also disclosed is a scheduling system for the central air conditioner.
