Provided are a shortcut operation method, a shortcut operation device, and a terminal, the shortcut operation method comprising: in an input method program, receiving input information; according to a keyword of the received input information, executing a shortcut function corresponding to the input information; on an interface of the input method program, displaying an execution result for the shortcut function. The present invention uses the input method interface as a shortcut function entrance, and enables another shortcut function to be executed without it being necessary to jump interfaces or switch applications, so that a user operation is convenient and rapid, thereby satisfying actual requirements of a user to the maximum extent, and also saving system resources.
