SERVICE PROTECTION METHOD, DEVICE, AND SYSTEM IN MULTI-LAYER NETWORK

Disclosed are a service protection method, device, and system in a multi-layer network, which achieve collaborative protection in a multi-layer network, and avoid protection flapping. The method comprises: starting restoration route calculation when a lower-layer network detects that a service has a fau determining, when completing the restoration route calculation, a first time from the startup to the completion of the restoration route calculation; calculating a difference value between a hold-off time, set by an upper-layer network when detecting that the service has a fault, and the first time, and determining the difference value as a second time; and starting restoration route switching only when the second time meets a condition in which the lower-layer network completes the restoration route switching, so that the service returns to normal.
