The group of inventions relates to a device and a method for increasing the stability and manoeuvrability of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV). In order to increase stability and manoeuvrability, additional reaction torque is generated by adjusting the speed of rotation of the rotor of a gyroscope rotating in a direction opposite to the rotation of a propeller of a UAV. A device for increasing the stability and manoeuvrability of UAVs comprises a disk rotor with guide ducts which connect outer points of the disk with the axle of rotation and contain movable balls and springs, and adjustment screws mounted in the plane of rotation of the rotor. The result is an increased range of flight modes, increased manoeuvring speed and reduced sensitivity to external disturbances.
