A pharmacodynamic detection method based on a dielectrophoresis force field and a system thereof. The method comprises: establishing a photo-induced dielectrophoresis platform; injecting a target cell and a culture substrate into an ODEP chip (100) of the photo-induced dielectrophoresis platform; placing a to-be-detected medicine at the end of a micro channel (130) of the ODEP chip (100); applying an alternating current onto the ODEP chip (100) to form a non-uniform electric field; moving an irradiation light to control the target cell to move to the end of the micro channel (130) to carry out a reaction with the to-be-tested medicine; and recording the change of the target cell by using a high-speed CCD.
