The present invention relates to hydrogenation isomerization and a cracking catalyst for preparing a biological aviation kerosene from castor oil, and a preparation method and a use. An Al-modified titanium silicon molecular sieve (TS-1) is used as a support, and NixW or NixMo is used as an active component, wherein x is the atomic ratio of Ni to W or Ni to Mo, and x = 5-10, and wherein the mass of the active component accounts for 5%-30% of the total mass of the catalyst. In the Al-modified titanium silicon molecular sieve, the molar ratio of Si : Ti is 50-100, and the molar ratio of Si : Al is 50-100. Urea is used as a dispersing agent when the active component is supported, so that a precursor of the active component can be ultra-highly dispersed on a surface of the support; the urea will be decomposed and removed during a subsequent high-temperature calcination process, and at the same time, the particle size of the catalyst is hampered by the dispersing agent, thus not resulting in sintering at a high temperature, so that the particle size of a metal component in the catalyst is smaller and uniform, thereby improving the catalytic efficiency. Biological aviation kerosene with a high yield can be obtained by utilizing the present invention.
