An underwater docking assembly for underwater suspension tunnels and an implementation method therefor. The docking assembly comprises a steel frame (2). The second half section of the steel frame (2) is sleeved and supported on an upper tube (1). A plurality of surrounding steel rails (7) is disposed at different axial positions on the inner side wall of the first half section of the steel frame (2), axial steel rails (6) communicating the surrounding steel rails (7). A plurality of telescopic mechanical arms (5) is supported on the axial steel rails (6) by means of rotatable idler wheels (51), and can move in the axial steel rails (6) and the surrounding steel rails (7). The paired telescopic mechanical arms (5) clamp a lower tube (1'). Temporary tracks (3) are disposed on the outer side wall of a docking tube axially, and rollers (8) are supported in the temporary tracks, such that the docking tube and the steel frame (2) are located at a coaxial position and can relatively and axially move. The docking assembly and the corresponding docking method can achieve accurate docking of underwater suspension tunnels in a semi-automated form.
