In this driving assistance device (10), an image output unit (14) outputs, to a display unit (31), an image which includes a host vehicle object indicating the host vehicle, and a plurality of lanes. An operation signal input unit (14) receives a user operation which causes the host vehicle object in the image displayed on the display unit (31), to move from a first lane to a second lane. When the operation is received, a command output unit (14) outputs, to an automatic driving control unit (20) for controlling automatic driving, a command instructing that the travel lane of the host vehicle change from the first lane to the second lane.
