RUST-REMOVING-AND-PREVENTING COLORED HEAVY-ANTICORROSION SINGLE-COMPONENT PRIMER AND PRODUCTION PROCESS THEREOF

A rust-removing-and-preventing colored heavy-anticorrosion single-component primer, comprising the following compositions in parts by weight: 5-20 parts of deionized water, 20-25 parts of a rust removing and preventing agent, 2-8 parts of a coalescing agent, 2-4 parts of an anti-freezing agent, 0.1-0.2 parts of a thickening agent, 3-10 parts of a pigment paste, 0.3-1 parts of an antifoam agent, 40-70 parts of a film former, 3-5 parts of an adhesion modifier, and 0.3-0.6 parts of a substrate wetting agent. The production process thereof comprises mixing the above described compositions and stirring the mixture to disperse in a stainless steel reactor; when all index tests are passed and the stirring is completed, filtering the mixture with a 100-mesh screen filter and packaging the same.
