CONTINUOUSLY VARIABLE TRANSMISSION (CVT) HAVING AN ELECTRONIC TORQUE SENSOR, POWERTRAIN AND METHOD FOR THE OPEN-LOOP/CLOSED-LOOP CONTROLLING OF A CONTINUOUSLY VARIABLE TRANSMISSION
The invention relates to a continuously variable transmission (1) for a motor vehicle, having disks (3, 4), which can be displaced axially relative to each other, of an input disk pair (2) and disks (6, 7), which can be displaced axially relative to each other, of an output disk pair (5), wherein a clampable continuous belt means (8) can be inserted between the two respective discs (3, 4, 6, 7) of the input disk pair (2) and the output disk pair (5), wherein a first pressing chamber (9) for receiving hydraulic means, which first pressing chamber brings about the clamping, is associated with the input disk pair (2) and a second pressing chamber (10) for receiving hydraulic means, which second pressing chamber brings about the clamping, is associated with the output disk pair (5), and associated with the input disk pair (2) is a first adjustment chamber (11) for adjusting the axial distance between the disks (6, 7) situated there, and associated with the output disk pair (5) is a second adjustment chamber (12) for adjusting the axial distance between the disks (11, 12) provided there, wherein the adjustment and pressing chambers (9, 10, 11, 12) can be supplied with hydraulic means at least via a pumping device (20), and an adjusting device (24) which allows a controlled discharge of hydraulic medium at least from the adjustment chambers (11, 12) is used in such a way that it controls, depending on a torque which is present at the input disk pair (2) and can be measured by means of a torque sensor unit (14), the hydraulic medium discharge or optionally inflow, wherein the torque sensor unit (14) is in the form of an electrical device which, with the interposition of a computing unit (26), is designed for the torque-dependent actuation of the actuating device (24). The invention also relates to a powertrain having such a transmission and a method for the open-loop or closed-loop controlling of a continuously variable transmission (1), having a first step of electrically measuring a torque at an input disk pair (5) and the second step, which is based on this information, of opening or closing an electric adjusting device (24) for increasing or lowering a pressure in two pressing chambers (9, 10).
