This low-frequency therapy device is provided with a pad (2) which is attached to the user's body, a holder (3) which holds the pad (2), and a main body unit (4) which is attached to the holder (3), wherein the holder (3) and the main body unit (4) engage such that there is a clearance (CL) of a prescribed interval therebetween in which to position the pad (2), a pad-side electrode (22) of the pad (2) and a main body unit-side electrode (43) of the main body unit (4) are electrically connected by making contact in the clearance (CL) of the prescribed interval, and at least one of the pad-side electrode (22) and the main body unit-side electrode (43) can move in the direction towards and away from the other electrode and is biased in the direction towards the other electrode, and the one electrode makes electrical contact partway through the range of movement. By means of this low-frequency therapy device, it is possible to stably energize the pad.
