Provided are a method for manufacturing a three-dimensional modeled object and a nozzle movement path data creation method used in the same, and a device for manufacturing a three-dimensional modeled object and a nozzle movement path data creation program used in the same, whereby it is possible to enhance the precision and speed of modeling a three-dimensional modeled object having a soft portion. In the present invention, a step for discharging a hard-three-dimensional-modeling material (20) from a nozzle onto a stage and forming an outer shell wall part (21) as a portion of an outer shell (2) of a three-dimensional modeled object (1), and a step for discharging a soft-three-dimensional-modeling material (30) from the nozzle to an inside region surrounded by the outer shell wall part (21) and forming an inner core part (31) as a portion of an inner core (3) of the three-dimensional object (1) are repeated. A three-dimensional modeled object (1) having an outer shell (2) formed from the outer shell wall part (21) layered in a plurality of levels and an inner core (3) formed from the inner core part (31) layered in a plurality of levels is then molded.
