The present invention addresses the problem of providing a method for detecting multiple items quickly, easily, and simultaneously by utilizing chromatography PAS in the simultaneous detection of multiple items by LAMP. The problem is solved by a method in which the first primer and second primer sets are predetermined ones, the method including: (a) a step for preparing a first primer and second primer set for each target nucleic acid sequence, a tag sequence being bonded to the first primer, the tag sequence differing for each target nucleic acid sequence when two or more target nucleic acid sequences are contained, and a labeling substance/binding substance being bonded to the second primer; (b) a step for conducting nucleic acid isothermal amplification by LAMP in the same reaction solution using one or more sets of first primers and second primers; (c) a step including a step for preparing a development medium including the amplification solution containing the nucleic acid isothermal amplification product and a labeling substance bonded to the labeling substance/bonding substance, conducting nucleic acid chromatography on a solid-phase carrier, and hybridizing one or more detection probes immobilized on the solid-phase carrier and the nucleic acid isothermal amplification product, and a step for labeling the nucleic acid isothermal amplification product by a labeling substance; and (d) a detection step for detecting the hybridization product generated in step (c) by the labeling substance.
