Disclosed is a quick front or back mounting structure for an LED display screen, comprising mounting brackets (1) and a box body (3), wherein bolt holes (5) are provided in the top corners of the box body (3), bolts can be inserted into the bolt holes (5) from the front or the back for fixing, the box body (3) is fixed on the mounting brackets (1) via the bolt holes (5), a lock cylinder (4) is provided on an edge of the box body (3), a lock cylinder fixing hole (41) is provided on the front of the box body (3) connected to the lock cylinder (4), and the front of the box body (3) is connected to mounting modules (7) via a magnetic structure. The structure can enable an LED display screen to be mounted either from the front or from the back in a quite limited installation space, which saves a lot of space and usage costs for the customer.
