The present invention evaluates the voltage reliability of a power system and generates an optimal operation point for achieving an optimal power flow. A voltage reliability evaluation/management system 1 is provided with: an operation information acquiring unit for acquiring operation information D1 including information on a plurality of devices installed in a power system 2; an analysis model generation unit for generating an analysis model D2 on the basis of the operation information; a voltage reliability evaluation unit for calculating a voltage reliability D3 using the analysis model; an optimal operation point generation unit for generating, on the basis of the analysis model and the voltage reliability, at least an optimal operation point D4 for achieving an optimal power flow at which a power transmission loss becomes the minimum; and a providing unit for providing information. A system administrator can grasp the state of the power system on the basis of the information provided from the providing unit.
