Provided are: a thermal caulking method and a thermal caulking device that make it possible to carry out thermal caulking in which multiple portions of a second member can be bonded simultaneously to a portion of a first member inclined with respect to the vertical direction, and in which a high degree of bonding strength can be reliably achieved; and a caulked material obtained by using such a method or a device. In the thermal caulking method according to the present invention, multiple bosses 33 of the second member 30 that are fitted in multiple holes 132 formed in the inner circumferential surface of a substantially conical-shaped hollow section 11 of the first member 10, and that are disposed in such a manner as to protrude onto the inner circumferential surface side are simultaneously melted and bonded to the first member 10, wherein the multiple bosses 33 are simultaneously melted using a heat chip 51 having a shape that conforms to the inner circumferential surface and that is contiguous in the circumferential direction of the hollow section 11, and then bonded to the first member 10 in a state in which the adjacent melted bosses 33 are linked to each other.
