A liquid crystal one drop filling system comprises: a liquid crystal one drop filling device (201) configured to execute a liquid crystal one drop filling process to obtain a liquid crystal panel; an image acquisition device (202) configured to obtain an image of the liquid crystal panel; an image processor (203) configured to process the obtained image, and determine a defect of the liquid crystal panel on the basis of the processed image; and a communication module (204) configured to send information about the defect determined by the image processor to the liquid crystal one drop filling device, so that the liquid crystal one drop filling device can adjust parameters of the liquid crystal one drop filling process according to the information. In addition, a control method for the liquid crystal one drop filling system comprises: obtaining an image of a liquid crystal panel; processing the obtained image; determining a defect of the liquid crystal panel on the basis of the processed image; and adjusting parameters of the liquid crystal one drop filling process according to information about the defect.
