A wearable device, a monitoring method, and an intelligent monitoring system. The wearable device is provided with an acquiring module (10), a timing module (20), a processing module (30), and a reminding module (40). The acquiring module (10) is used for acquiring a current movement state of a user. The timing module (20) generates a triggering signal when a time in which the user is in the current movement state reaches a preset time, so as to trigger the processing module (30) to acquire a reminding signal corresponding to the current movement state of the user. The reminding module (40) sends a reminder to remind the user of changing the movement state.
