The invention relates to an industrialised construction system, comprising: vertical panels (1) that are self-supporting and adjacent to one another in the outer perimeter; a foundation of beams that are prefabricated or aligned with same in situ, such that each panel is fitted into at least one beam without the vertical panels (1) joining laterally to one another; support means for the roof structure; and roof structure supported thereon, said vertical panels (1) being single-part elements. The invention also relates to an industrialised construction method comprising the following steps: preparing the ground; preparing the foundations; positioning vertical panels (1) in the fitting recesses; positioning wooden wedges; filling in the fitting recesses with concrete; positioning support means for the roof structure; positioning beams (8) for securing same; positioning horizontal panels (7) on the securing beams (8); and filling in and sealing vertical longitudinal cavities (15).
