摘要

A novel Internet-of-Things-based multifunctional 3D printer comprises a 3D printer and an intelligent communication terminal (1) wirelessly connected to each other. The 3D printer comprises a displacement mechanism, a printing nozzle, a working platform (11) and a central control box. The printing nozzle and the working platform (11) are both disposed on the displacement mechanism, wherein the printing nozzle is located above the working platform (11) and the central control box is disposed at one side of the displacement mechanism. The displacement mechanism comprises a transverse beam (2), two lifting rods (8), two vertically disposed cylinders (9) and two conveyor belts (10). The novel Internet-of-Things-based multifunctional 3D printer enables a user to monitor a 3D printer in real-time via the wirelessly connected 3D printer and the intelligent communication terminal (1), enables a working platform to accurately move on X, Y and Z axes via the displacement mechanism, and realizes functions of the 3D printer such as real-time data update, real-time control and working status indication via the central control box, thus ensuring functional diversity of the 3D printer.
