A combined non-coherent integration vector tracking method based on a spatial domain is used for further improving the performance of a vector tracking GPS receiver. The new vector tracking strategy design discards the phase discriminator/frequency discriminator in a traditional vector tracking loop, performs a non-coherent integration of the baseband signals of visible satellites of all channels and uses the same as observed quantities, and uses an extended Kalman filter (EKF) to estimate the position, speed and clock bias, directly solved by the same, of the GPS receiver. Non-coherent integration can effectively increase the carrier-to-noise ratio of the observed quantities and improve the tracking sensitivity when the GPS satellite signal is weak.
