Disclosed is a calibration method for a fingerprint sensor, comprising: when a calibration event is detected, calibrating a fingerprint sensor, storing calibration data of the fingerprint sensor produced by calibration; and, when a fingerprint sensor initialization event is detected and the calibration data of the fingerprint sensor is stored in a smart terminal, employing the stored calibration data of the fingerprint sensor to initialize the fingerprint sensor. In addition, also provided in the invention are a calibration device for the corresponding fingerprint sensor and a terminal.
