Disclosed in embodiments of the present invention are a product package recommendation method, device and system. The method comprises: acquiring user behavior data obtained by a big data platform through statistical analysis; calculating a program set suitable for recommending to a user according to the acquired user behavior data and a preset recommendation algorithm; selecting programs satisfying a preset program condition from the program set and generating a product package to be recommended according to a preset generation format of the product package and the selected programs; and pushing information related to the product package to be recommended to a set-top box for recommendation of the product package. Also disclosed in the embodiments are a product package recommendation device and system. By analyzing user behaviors and then specifically generating and recommending a product package satisfying user interests and preferences according to the user interests and preferences, the embodiments of the present invention increase user satisfaction on the product package and subscription rate.
