The commodity recommendation server calculates deviation of release times for every commodity category based on release time information (release dates) of the respective commodities (S13). The commodity recommendation server corrects relevance ratios of the respective commodities for every appropriate commodity category with the deviation used as weighting by time (S14), and presents a commodity with high relevance ratio as a recommendation commodity to a user terminal (S15).
