IMPELLER DEVICE OF OUTER ROTOR AXIAL FLOW FAN WITH HEAT DISSIPATION STRUCTURE

Disclosed is an impeller device of an outer rotor axial flow fan with a heat dissipation structure, comprising an impeller body (2) and an intermediate body (3). The impeller body (2) consists of several fan blades (1) and an outer circular ring body (11), and the intermediate body (3) consists of an inner circular ring body (12) and engagement bodies evenly distributed on the inner circular ring body. A protrusion is provided on an inner surface of the outer circular ring body (11) towards at least one end face of the outer circular ring body. A starting position of the protrusion is located on one end face of the engagement body, and the protrusion ends on the end face of the outer circular ring body (11) higher than the intermediate body (3). The inner circular ring body (12) and the outer circular ring body (11) are fixedly connected to each other by means of injection moulding or die casting in hollowed-out portions formed in the engagement bodies. The device has the following beneficial effects: increasing the strength of a blade root part of an impeller body; and enhancing air flow, facilitating the heat dissipation of the blade root part and the electric motor body, thereby guaranteeing that the fan runs well.
